Alon Silbershatz, Adv, R.I.P (1943-2015).

A graduate of The Hebrew University in Jerusalem, established his law firm in 1981.

Adv. Silbershatz is an expert in labor law, pension and retirement arrangements. He is legal advisor to several insurance companies, pension and provident funds.
Adv. Silbershatz is an expert in issues of taxation, funding and operating of financial institutions in the pension and retirement fields. He is proficient in the implementation of the 2005 "Bachar Legislation" in financial institutions, and its implications on pension and insurance advice and marketing.

Among Adv. Silbershatz's public roles and activities are chairman of the Labor and Pension Committee in "Lahav - The Israeli Federation of The Self Employed Organizations" ; a member of the National Insurance Institute Board and a member of the Board's regulations committee; a member of the Labor Law Forum of the Israeli Bar Association; a member of the National Industrial Relations Committee and a member of the consulting committee to the Industry, Trade and Employment Minister on extension orders; a member of the Labor Committee of The Israeli Federation of Economic Organizations (IESC) and its representative in various forums; a member of Israel Economic and Social Committee.
Adv. Silbershatz participated in the negotiations team of the IESC in several basic and significant collective agreements e.g. comprehensive pension in Israel, and the use of employer's owned computer by an employee in the work place.
Adv. Silbershatz was a member of two committees appointed by The President of The Labor Court regarding amendments to The Labor Court Law and ethics of the public representatives in The Labor Court.

Important trials which Adv. Silbershatz was involved in:
- Representing "Atidit" Pension Fund in an appeal to The High Court of Justice,
- Representing "Clal Insurance Company" in an appeal to The High Court of Justice regarding the forming of a new pension fund. Both cases led eventually to the major reform in the Israeli pension system in 1995.
- Representing "Lahav" in an appeal to The High Court of Justice, opposing the implementation of the pension reform in the format dictated by the government.

Adv. Silbershatz represents large corporations in negotiations with insurance and pension bodies for achieving pension
arrangements for their employees and has a long experience in writing employment agreements for senior managers.

In recent years, Mr. Zilbershatz server as a judge , a public representative , the National Labor Court and contributed tribunal knowledge and his many years of experience .

Attorney Zilershatz died on Friday, 15.05.2015, leaving behind his wife, Sherry, three children and grandchildren. 
He will be missed by all of us greatly, and we are committed to maintaining its heritage.

Oded Sela, Adv.

A graduate of Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law in 1993, (LLM from Tel Aviv University in 2003).
Fields of expertise: Insurance law, provident funds and pension funds, Special Risks insurance.

Adv. Sela is engaged in legal and commercial aspects of provident funds and pension funds and with the implementation of the "Bachar Legislation" in financial institutions, insurance agents and pension advisors.

Adv. Sela has an expert in special risks insurance.

Hadas Sapo, Adv.
A graduate of the College Ono Academic (LLB) and a member of the Israeli Bar association since 2014.



Yaarit Yakovi, Adv.
A graduate of the College of Law & Business (LLB) and a member of the Israeli Bar association since 2015.
